Here at the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company, we use our signature blend of Couverture Chocolate. Couverture Chocolate is a class of high-quality chocolate. Couverture chocolate is ground to a finer texture. It contains a higher proportion of cocoa solids and cocoa butter than compound chocolate, which is made with cocoa powder and vegetable oil as well as other ingredients that are best to avoid.
