Here at the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company, we use our signature blend of Couverture Chocolate. Couverture Chocolate is a class of high-quality chocolate. Couverture chocolate is ground to a finer texture. It contains a higher proportion of cocoa solids and cocoa butter than compound chocolate, which is made with cocoa powder and vegetable oil as well as other ingredients that we believe are best to avoid.
