Q: Once I’m a Member, do I continue to earn Rocky Road Reward points?

A: Yes every $1 you spend equals 5 points.

You can also earn more points by referring a friend, writing a review or simply having a birthday!

Q: How do I redeem Rocky Road Rewards points?

A: 

In store: Points are redeemable in store at Barossa Valley Chocolate Company in Tanunda, so be sure to mention you are a member at checkout!

Online: To redeem online, first log in to your Rewards account.

Click on "Ways to Redeem" and follow the options until you see a redemption code.

Click on "Apply Code" and your discount will be applied automatically at Checkout.

Q: Where can I claim my points?

You can earn points on every purchase within our Chocolate Shop at Tanunda and on our website. Points MAY is not available to earn or use at pop-up stores or external events.

Q: What is the Rocky Road Rewards points value system?

A: 100 points = $1

500 points = $5

For example:

Spend $25 and earn 125 points valued at $1.25

Spend $50 and earn 250 points valued at $2.50

Spend $100 and earn 500 points valued at $5.00
